Manatee County Habitat for Humanity is proud of each neighborhood that has been developed through partnering with our Habitat families, donors and volunteers.
Hope Landing (3800 17th Street E., Ellenton, FL 34222-across from Blackburn Elementary School)
Hope Landing will be the first Habitat community built entirely with energy-efficient construction techniques. Each home’s exterior walls will be made from ICF’s (Insulated Concrete Forms) which are not just energy-efficient but also storm ready and pest resistant – saving homeowners both money and time in maintenance.

- Washington Park – Located north of the City of Palmetto, this community has 12 single-family homes on a private cul-de-sac.

- Village of the Palms – This 34-home urban infill community was completed in October, 2008. Since then, it has been recognized as a model for neighborhoods that need redevelopment in Florida.
